Copyright / DMCA Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Anonimogram respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of https://anonimogram.com (the "Service") to do the same. All Instagram content displayed through the Service — photos, videos, captions, and profile information — remains the property of its original creators and/or Instagram/Meta. Anonimogram does not host, store, or claim ownership of Instagram media; it displays publicly available content directly sourced from Instagram at the time of a search.

If you believe content displayed through the Service infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice using the process below.

How to submit a copyright notice

Email anonimogramofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include the following information. A notice missing these details may not be actionable:

  1. Your contact details — full name, mailing address, phone number,
  2. and email address (or those of the copyright owner's authorized representative, if you're submitting on their behalf).

  3. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been
  4. infringed — a clear description of the work, and if possible, a link to an authorized copy of it.

  5. Identification of the material you're complaining about — the
  6. exact URL(s) on anonimogram.com, or another sufficiently specific description (e.g. the exact Instagram username and post/content searched), so we can locate what you're referring to.

  7. A good-faith statement that you have a good-faith belief the use
  8. of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  9. An accuracy and authority statement — a statement, made under
  10. penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

  11. A physical or electronic signature — your full name typed at the
  12. end of the email is sufficient as an electronic signature.

What happens next

We will review notices that include the information above and respond in a reasonable timeframe. Because the Service displays live, publicly available Instagram content at the time of a search rather than hosting copies of it, in many cases the appropriate outcome is removing or restricting the specific search result, feature, or content path described in your notice.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may contact us at the same address with an explanation, your contact details, and identification of the material, and we will review it.

No registered copyright agent

We have not registered a formal copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. The email address above is our designated point of contact for copyright notices under this policy.
