Welcome to Anonimogram. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://anonimogram.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service is

Anonimogram lets you browse Instagram content that is already publicly visible to any logged-out visitor — public profile information, a recent batch of public posts and reels, public comments, and (where Instagram itself allows it to a logged-out visitor) Highlight content. The Service is a public-content-only viewer: it does not log into Instagram, does not use Instagram cookies or credentials, and does not access private accounts or content Instagram restricts from logged-out visitors. Active Instagram Stories require an Instagram login to view at all, so the Service does not access or display them.

Creating a free account (via Google Sign-In or email and password) lets you search beyond the small number of free searches available without an account. It does not unlock access to anything Instagram itself keeps private or gated from a logged-out visitor, and it doesn't remove the Service's ordinary rate limits, which protect the Service for everyone and apply whether or not you're signed in.

Availability of Instagram data

The Service depends on Instagram continuing to make certain information publicly visible to logged-out visitors. We do not guarantee that any particular piece of Instagram data will always be available — Instagram can change its public pages, restrict what a logged-out visitor can see, or block automated access at any time, without our control and often without notice. If that happens, the corresponding feature on Anonimogram may stop working, show less information, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable, and we may need to update or remove features to reflect what's actually accessible.

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, restrict, or change the Service (including rate limits and the free search allowance) at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• use the Service to harass, stalk, defame, or violate the privacy or

rights of any person;

• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

with any person, entity, or with Anonimogram itself;

• attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any access restriction,

rate limit, or security measure of the Service or of Instagram;

• use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service

in a way not intended for ordinary human use, or in a way that places unreasonable load on it;

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to violate Instagram's

own Terms of Use, in your own use of any information you obtain.

You are responsible for how you use any information you view or obtain through the Service, including complying with applicable law and with Instagram's own terms regarding that content.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at anonimogramofficial@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Intellectual property

All Instagram content displayed through the Service — including photos, videos, captions, usernames, and profile information — remains the property of its respective owners (the Instagram account holders and/or Instagram/Meta), subject to Instagram's own terms. Independence from Instagram and Meta

Anonimogram is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed, or that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anonimogram and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any Instagram content displayed through it. This doesn't limit any liability that can't lawfully be limited or excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.
